Responsibilities:

A large Wilmington law firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the firm’s marketing director, marketing manager, marketing partner, business development committee and the firm’s attorneys in support of the firm’s marketing and recruiting programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Layout, production and distribution of firm newsletters, alerts, advertisements, event invitations, announcements, and related printed and digital materials.
• Serve as webmaster, updating and maintaining bios, practice group descriptions, firm news, publications and events.
• Assist with further development of blogs, e-mail communications and other Internet marketing projects.
• Assist in the management CRM software by updating client contact information for targeted marketing and sales purposes.
• Assist with public relations efforts, including maintenance of a media distribution list and dissemination of releases.
• Maintain attorney biographies in multiple formats and locations—including the firm web site, print files, directories (Chambers, Martindale, and others as needed).
• Assist in the design, structure and preparation of power point presentations.
• Organize, inventory and monitor marketing materials.
• Coordinate internal/external firm seminars and events.
• Maintain department files, including graphic design files (logos, photographs, ad formats, design specs, etc.)
• Provide technical assistance to attorneys for speaking engagements, seminars, proposals and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Coordinate production and distribution of firm mailings.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree and a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (professional services experience preferred); solid computer-based design skills, including advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel; HTML; web site management; strong interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
