Marketing Coordinator

Flaster Greenberg, a mid-size, regional law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Cherry Hill office. The Marketing Coordinator’s role supports the Marketing Department in firm-wide marketing efforts through coordination of firm events and seminars, database maintenance, and other marketing support related activities. The role is an entry level position and the Marketing Coordinator will report to the firm’s Marketing Director and also will take direction from the Communications & Marketing Manager.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support for firm's marketing programs including database maintenance and updating, printed and electronic collateral materials, graphic design, advertising campaigns, and website content.
  • Providing logistical support for internal and external seminars, presentations and events, including guest lists, handling reservations and maintaining database spreadsheet of RSVPs; coordination of event collateral, and onsite assistance.
  • Performing research as requested for business development purposes.
  • Serving as backup for updates to firm’s website and blogs
  • Reserving conference rooms and arranging for food and supplies.
  • Scheduling various meetings, conference calls and external event reservations. Making travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining project specific databases.
  • Coordinating firm participation in various legal and industry events.
  • Researching industry-related conferences.
  • Assisting with proofreading, fact checking and other content related tasks.
  • Managing flow of information from attorneys to marketing staff as needed.
  • Updating various directory listings and attorney profiles.
  • Maintaining necessary marketing files for attorneys and events.
  • Coordinating attorney photography sessions.
  • Compiling firm collateral to support RFPs.
  • Serving as backup for drafting press releases and posting social media content.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing department, including processing invoices and maintaining marketing files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years related experience in legal or other professional services marketing environment.  Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or English.  Must have outstanding proofreading, oral/written communications and interpersonal skills; be able to work with all levels of personnel as well as firm leadership; be able to work independently as well as within a team and possess a positive, "can-do" attitude.  

Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Candidate should be proficient in social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn.  An understanding of WordPress and other blog hosting websites is a plus.  Basic HTML knowledge and experience in database maintenance programs, specifically CRM (client relationship management) software is also a plus (ContactEase preferred but not required), or the ability to learn.
